The Follow Up and Special Enforcement Team (FUSE) is a data-driven unit of the Sparks Police Department that proactively targets retail theft and repeat offenders through focused case follow-up, adaptive plainclothes and uniformed operations, strong partnerships with local businesses and regional agencies, and decisive accountability across jurisdictions.
