Senior Farmer's Market Nutritional Program
Low income seniors (60 yrs. & older at the time this booklet is issued) with Nevada ID can obtain free locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables at designated farmer’s markets held during the summer. Coupons are redeemable for unprocessed locally grown fruits, vegetables and herbs sold by outdoor produce vendors certified for the program. Please call (775) 353–2376 to register for a booklet. Booklets are limited to the first 70 people who qualify, so call early. You will be contacted when the booklets are available for pick up in June at the Recreation office, 98 Richards Way.
