A request for criminal history will contain information from Sparks Police only. The record will not include criminal history information from any other agency.
If you are requesting criminal history on yourself, you must include a copy of your ID with your request.
If you are requesting criminal history on another person, you must include a signed waiver from that person to receive all records.
We are unable to process requests without having received a form of payment.
- Fee: $10.00
- Fee for jurat (notarized) criminal history: additional $5.00
Cash, cashier's check, or money orders accepted.
