The City of Sparks offers voluntary Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options, which are administered by iSolved.
Health Care FSA
A Health Care FSA account is used to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses with pre-tax dollars. Over-the counter (OTC) medications are eligible for reimbursement without a prescription.
Dependent Care FSA
A Dependent Care FSA account is used to pay for eligible dependent day care expenses with pretax dollars. Eligible dependents are children under 13 years of age, or a child over 13, spouse, or elderly parent residing in the plan holder's house who is physically or mentally unable to care for themselves.
