Purpose: To designate funds received from the RSCVA (The Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitor's Authority) to tourism related projects in the City of Sparks.
Governing Authority: WC taxes on Transient Lodging Act of 1999, SB477; and City of Sparks Resolution No. 2678
Appointing Authority: Sparks City Council
Number of Appointees: 3 voting members
Qualifications: Two members of Sparks City Council and one member of the Nevada Resort Association who represents property in Sparks (appointed by Council)
