The City Council meets every second and fourth Monday of each month.
Time: Regular City Council meetings take place at 2:00 p.m.
Location: City of Sparks Legislative Building, 745 Fourth Street.

Appointing Authority: General Election
Number of Appointees: 5 voting members, 1 non-voting member
Qualifications: Council members must be a registered voter and a resident in the ward they represent. All Council members are elected by general election and can serve up to two four-year terms.
