The Sparks City Attorney's Office is the municipal legal department for the City of Sparks, Nevada.
This office provides internal legal advice to all the Departments within the city, represents the City of Sparks in civil litigation, and prosecutes misdemeanor crimes such as Traffic Violations, Domestic Violence, and Driving Under the Influence through the Sparks Municipal Court. The Sparks City Attorney's office also has a victim advocate who assists victims of crime by guiding them through the court process.

Northern Nevada Legal Aid is a nonprofit legal aid organization serving qualified residents in Washoe County, and rural northern Nevada counties.
