The Sparks City Hall Gallery is currently featuring artist Louis Basso. Louis was born and raised in Nevada and has pursued photography his entire life. He has a passion for the people and open spaces of the West, the light and ever-changing landscapes of Nevada and the Sierras in particular. Louis is a contributing photographer for the Reno Rodeo and has created several covers for the Reno Rodeo Magazine, and this year Louis was chosen to create the 2026 Rodeo Limited Artwork Poster!
